Annie CP #3

I met Mohammed on Tuesday at Starbucks and he speaks English very well. We had a wonderful time hanging out and he told me all about Kuwait, where he's from. Apparently they drive very fast in Kuwait and he misses it a lot because he can't drive that fast here in the States. They also have a huge mall in a tower in Kuwait and he said he and his friends just go there and hang out. He showed me a picture and it looks insane. We also talked about school. After CIES, he will move to LA to go to college. He's only 18, but he told me that Kuwait will pay for any Kuwaiti's education wherever they want to go in the world. I was very jealous of that. So he chose to come here and learn English so that he could go to college here as well. We had a good time and I enjoyed getting to know more about Kuwait.
