Today, we did another listening comprehension using Friends. It went very well! There are words that I thought someone on her level should know, and words that I wouldn’t have even guessed any of the CIES students would know! It’s very interesting. After that, we went over the vocabulary I highlighted, and had her write sentences using each one, just like before.

              After that, I had her work on some worksheets. I gave her some that were her level, and also some that were above her level. I+1! She did need a bit of guidance, but caught on very quickly, so I think this is a very good method to help her advance.
