Annie CP #5

On Thursday July 27, I met Brenda at Lake Ella after class and we went to Food Truck Thursday. She had never been so it was fun to show her that experience. Her sister and cousin came too and I had brought a picnic blanket so we sat and listened to music and chatted about English and Spanish and Mexico. We had a great time because Brenda is really open and fun and likes to talk about anything. We were laughing because I recently learned a lot of Colombian Spanish slang but it didn't make any sense to Brenda and her family because they are from Mexico so they started teaching me some Mexican slang. It was fun and we stayed and enjoyed ourselves for a few hours.
