Today, Yao was working on a presentation that had to do with chemistry. The topic that she chose was one cherry flavoring that is in Cherry Coke. It was very interesting! I helped check her grammar—of course I didn’t do it for her, but I did point some things out and let her figure it out on her own. She’s very smart so she got it almost right away. :3

              As usual, we also did her SPEAK test practice. She’s getting better! She still hates doing the stories from the pictures—I do too, because they’re usually very stupid and annoying. ^^; Mostly because they’re drawn so ugly!!! Anyways, we discovered quite a slip-up with her pronunciation. “Feel,” “fell,” and “fail” were pretty indistinguishable, although it was clear she was saying them differently. We definitely need to work on that next time!
